Refund Policy

Refunds based on “change of mind” is not accepted by any circumstances whatsoever.

We will accept refunds from subscribers for subscription within 7 days of receipt of payment ONLY on the following condition:

  • Subscription that was wrongly charged

No refund is applicable for the following:

  • If a client misses a session that has been booked
  • If a member find the session attended does not improve his/her academic performance

Should the following occur,

  • Practitioner cancelled the session without prior notice
    • A credit in the form of a promo code will be issued to client
  • Practitioner ends the session earlier than the mutually agreed-upon duration
    • A credit in the form of a promo code will be issued to client

Emerging Journey Asia holds the rights to amend all or any part of the refund policy without prior notice to you. We shall not be held responsible for any penalty, late interest charges imposed by your credit card or card issuer whilst pending the returns or refund (when applicable) to you or your card.
